Why do some In Stock items still take a few weeks to get to me?
For the safety and health of our employees, AirTrack™ is observing all social distancing protocols within our warehouses. This means staggered work hours and less fulfillment help. UPS and FedEx have also de-prioritized our products leading to more infrequent pick-ups.
With shelter-at-home orders in place and the closing of gyms around the world, we’re experiencing a sudden increase in orders that have overextended our production team. We are doing everything in our power to safely fulfill your order in a timely manner but please do understand that we are experiencing heavy production delays and longer shipping times due to the pandemic. We appreciate your understanding.

Can Coronavirus be transmitted through packaging?
As the World Health Organization notes, the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, traveled, and exposed to different conditions and temperatures is low. The virus may survive a few hours on surfaces and instruments that people touch, however, simple household disinfectants can kill it. Just as we have sanitized every mat produced, we encourage you to do the same upon the delivery of your order.
How should I clean my mat?
Please use any CDC or Health Department recommended anti-bacterial NON-ABRASIVE soap. It’s most important to remember to fully dry the AirTrack™ before using again to prevent slipping.

We are carefully following the guidance from city and state health departments and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
We have instituted the following policies for the safety of our employees and customers:
1. All employees are required to wear masks during mat production and in the office
2. Sanitation rounds have been increased to cleanse the warehouse
3. Post-production, mats are carefully disinfected
4. When packaging mats, employees are required to wear gloves
