When do I need to order to get it in time for Christmas morning?
The demand for AirTrack home and gym products gets really high during the holidays, and we have sold out of our stock every holiday season for the past 4 years. To be safe, you should order at least one month in advance. Shipping estimates will be posted and updated in each product’s page, so always make sure to check the stock status before you buy. Carriers also get extremely busy during the holiday season, so we recommend that your AirTrack is ordered two and a half weeks before Christmas at the latest for the best chance of your gift arriving in time for Christmas.
How will my AirTrack be delivered?
All of our items ship in AirTrack branded boxes, so please plan accordingly. Carriers do not allow for special notes such as “deliver through the side gate” to be added to shipments, and it is up to the driver’s discretion where and how your package is delivered. Additionally, please keep in mind that due to their high-value all of our items require a signature upon delivery. Plan to have someone home to receive the item. Shipping confirmation emails are always sent out with tracking information so you can have the latest updates regarding your delivery.
Can I request for my package to be delivered without a signature requirement?
Yes. If you would prefer for your package to be delivered without a signature, please let us know in your order’s comments and we will do our best to accommodate that request. In this case, the buyer understands and agrees that if the item is stolen after delivery, the buyer assumes all responsibility.
What if the AirTrack doesn’t work well for my/my child’s needs? Can I return or exchange it?
The item must be returned within 15 days of delivery in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a full financial refund on your return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
